In 1958 Los Angeles, the glamorous Club Figaro becomes the setting for a web of love, betrayal and murder when torch singer Didi Scanlon's former singing partner and lost love returns to town just as someone attempts to kill Didi's husband. With seemingly everyone harboring a secret — and a motive — Love Loaded puts a queer romantic twist on the classic film-noir whodunit.
Written and directed by award-winning filmmaker Jan Miller Corran, the film has already earned multiple honors on the festival circuit, including Best Feature Film and Best Indie Film Director, adding another acclaimed title to Corran’s growing body of LGBTQ+ storytelling.
