If you have a current tello subscription but can't get to the content, please be sure you are logged into your account. The login is located in the main menu at the top of the page. Once you're logged in, click on "Choose a Series," then select the series you'd like to watch from there.
If you are a subscriber and are logged in, and see an error message where the video player should be, this can mean your Flash Player is not up to date. This should only affect older browsers and you can update Flash at Adobe's website.
If you are a subscriber, are logged in, and see the banner to subscribe or a black box where the player should be, please try refreshing your browser. It sounds silly, we know, but sometimes your web browser may hold on to an older version of the page.
